2. Make sure that item you are about to return complies with return policy.
3. Send form to info@balalubaby.lt together with photos of items defect (if defected) or item with original packaging (if returning for other reason)
4. After receiving a reply from us (1-2 business days) send the item to the address you received it from.
5. After receiving the item within 1 2 business days we will return money to the account it was paid from.
